FALL CONFERENCE 2018 Featured Speakers:
John Norlin – Pre Conference
John helps people learn how to lead by serving others. His mission is to spread the word of the power of servant leadership while teaching others how to build influence in the lives of those around them. John has committed his entire time as a student, and now his professional career, toward helping people and organizations transform themselves into places that truly care about the well-being of others. At a young age John began to learn first-hand that even a single person being intentional with their actions can create a tidal wave of positive change. In the past twenty years, John has worked with organizations, companies, teams, schools, and individuals on the topics of building influence, strengthening relationships, improving the climate and culture of organizations, and individual and group character development. John taught five servant-leadership classes everyday for a decade in Washington State and is the director of a servant-leadership focused camp for high school students each summer. John’s influence has spread throughout the city, region, state, and beyond.
